Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and J-2 Solutions Group sp. z o.o. (“we”, “us”). They cover your use of QuoteToFit at quotetofit.com. By creating an account or using QuoteToFit, you accept them.

1. Who we are

QuoteToFit is run by J-2 Solutions Group sp. z o.o., ul. Diamentowa 14, 55-095 Kamień, Poland (KRS 0001176514). You can reach us at hello@quotetofit.com.

2. What QuoteToFit is

QuoteToFit is a web app for window and door installers. You can:

• measure openings from photos, using a sheet of paper taped to the glass to set the scale, or a quick estimate without the sheet;
• send your own customers a link so they can photograph their windows;
• keep projects;
• build quotes from your own costs and prices.

QuoteToFit does not sell windows or doors. It does not set prices. It does not take orders.

3. Business use only

QuoteToFit is for business users only (trade use). It is not for consumers. By creating an account, you confirm that you use it for your trade or business.

4. Measurements are estimates

• Measurements are estimates for quoting only.
• Every size shown is approximate. It is labelled “Final measurement required before ordering”.
• The app never approves sizes or prices. You check and decide every number.
• We give no warranty that a size is fit for ordering or manufacturing.

5. Your quotes and your customers

• You are responsible for every quote you send. Check the sizes and the prices first.
• Prices come from your own costs and price lists. We do not set them.
• Your customers use a link from you. The page shows your name and logo. Before sending anything, the customer ticks a box to agree to share their photos and details with you.

6. Accounts and sign-in

There are no passwords. You sign in with a one-time link and code sent to your email (valid for 15 minutes, works once), or with Google. Keep access to your email and Google account to yourself.

7. Plans, payment and cancellation

• Free: 3 projects per month.
• Pro: USD 59 per month. Unlimited projects, the customer link, and quotes with your logo.
• New accounts get 14 days of Pro free. No card needed.
• We may change prices. We will give you 30 days’ notice by email.
• Payments are handled by Stripe Managed Payments. The subscription is sold through Link (a Stripe service), which acts as merchant of record, charges any sales tax, VAT or GST, and sends your receipts. Your card statement shows “LINK.COM*”.
• You can cancel or update your subscription in the app (Settings → Manage billing) or in your Link account.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds follow Link’s terms for purchases sold through Link, and applicable law.

8. Acceptable use

Do not:

• upload or send unlawful content;
• upload photos unless you have the right to do so;
• reverse engineer QuoteToFit;
• abuse the customer link, for example to send spam.

9. Data

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we hold and why.

For your customers’ names, contact details, notes and photos, you are the controller and we are the processor, acting on your instructions. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request at hello@quotetofit.com. See “Data processing for installers” in the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

• Our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect losses.
• We are not liable for orders placed on unchecked sizes.
• These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

11. Changes to these terms

We will email you 30 days before any material change.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. The courts of Wrocław, Poland, have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
